GUTFUL GOODNESS

Building a Multi-Brand Cloud Kitchen Ecosystem

Brand Strategy • Identity Design • Packaging Design • Menu Design

Gutful Goodness is a cloud kitchen venture based in Nagpur operating four distinct food brands under one roof. While sharing the same infrastructure, each brand serves a different cuisine and is positioned as an independent experience.

I partnered with the founders to build the complete brand ecosystem from the parent identity to the visual systems, packaging, and menu design for each sub brand.

Scope of Work

  • Brand Strategy

  • Logo Design

  • Visual Identity Design

  • Packaging Design

  • Menu Design

  • Brand Applications

THE CHALLENGE

Designing for a multi-brand food business meant going beyond creating logos. Each cuisine required its own voice, personality, and visual language, while the overall system needed to remain scalable as the business evolved.

The goal was to create brands that customers would perceive as independent experiences rather than categories under a single restaurant.

One Kitchen. Four Brands.

The business operates through four cuisine focused brands:

  • Gutful Greens — Healthy bowls and salads

  • Pepper Wok — Chinese cuisine

  • Kepsa Que — Kepsa and biryani inspired meals

  • Gravy Ganj — North Indian comfort food

Each brand was intentionally developed with its own personality, allowing customers to experience them as individual destinations rather than menu categories.

LOGO DESIGN

1

FINDING THE FORM

The identity began with exploring ways to visually represent the idea behind the name itself.

Rather than relying on familiar food-related symbols, the goal was to create a mark that felt distinctive and ownable while establishing a strong foundation for the larger brand ecosystem

2

CONCEPT

The final symbol combines two ideas:

The letter G from Gutful Goodness

An abstract representation of the human gut

This approach creates a meaningful connection between the name and the brand while keeping the identity simple, memorable, and contemporary.

3

FINAL LOGO

The identity began with exploring ways to visually represent the idea behind the name itself.
